Rue's Nails of the Week (Last Week of June)

 Here are the nail looks I have worn this week.

Look 1: Mint Sorbet Stripes.

This look I used one of my favorite polishes I own, Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Mint Sorbet. When I painted my nails I only used one coat. Sometimes I do two coats with this polish, but only if I have to touch up a mistake, which this time I did not. I did three white stripes going vertically with my Sinful Colors Nail Art in Bad Chick.  I topped it with the Essie No more chips top coat, and I then added the Nicole by OPI quick drying drops. Now Right after I took the picture, I smudge it.  The white strips didn't dry right away, and I think it was bacause they were thicker. I loved the way this come out, but I hated it smudge right after I did it.

Look 2: Glittery Gold Mangoes Jelly Sandwich

This is another jelly sandwich. I used Revlon's Make Mine Mangoes and Sally's Girl Gold Glitter. I did two coats of MMM then I added two coats of glitter. To make the sandwich, I added a thin coat of MMM. I didn't put a top coat on this one.

Look 3: I Think in Pinky Friday Glitter Jelly Sandwich

In the picture you really cannot tell it's a jelly sandwich, and in actuality you had to look at the nail real close to see the glitter.  WHY? I used PINK everything so it kind of blended together. First I did two coats of OPI's Pink Friday then added two coats of Sinful Colors Pinky Glitter. I toppped it off with OPI's I Think In Pink. I used Sally Hansen Maximum Growth Plus Top Coat. The final look was a bright pink (NOT NEON), and this picture doesn't do it justice. Out of this weeks looks, this was the one that looked the best on my nails, and it's the worst picture out of them all. I just loved the color of pink on my nails. It went great with my skin tone.

Personal Points

• I'm sorry I didn't get this put up on Friday. I had meeting all morning, and then when I got home, I had other work to do. When my cousin got off, we went to the grocery store. As we came home I started feeling sick and went to bed. I tried to post this last night, but then my computer wouldn't cooperate.
